Grandview Baptist Church incorporated in 1997. The church is governed by a constitution, which consists of three documents.

1. Letters patent the main document which sets out the main purposes for the Church.
2. By-law 1, our general operating by-law, which sets out the main structure for what we do. Our articles of faith are included in this document.
3. By-law 2, which deals with borrowing money.

There are some other important documents that the Elders Team has approved, and the Members ratified.
