Celso and Elsa Menezes

Celso and Elsa are missionaries with EMAF (Evangelical Mission for the Assistance to Fishermen) and are associated with Partners International. They work among the Brazilian fishermen along the coast of their country. In the fishing villages they have planted churches, developed a soccer school to reach out to the region's youth and are working to develop health programs in these communities. Their ministry is carried out by boat as the communities they work with are hours apart.
