Our purpose is to encourage every man in the Grandview family to be a true disciple of Christ, living victoriously in His name.

Every member of the Men's Ministries Team has a desire to serve the men of Grandview. "As iron sharpens iron," it takes a man to challenge his brothers to live for their King. This is why we are here; not because we "have arrived" but because God has decided to use us to encourage you.

Men's Prayer Group

Meets 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from September to May in Chapters & Verses at 7am followed by breakfast for those who can attend. Contact Gil Bowman.

Kevin Wakem

Kevin has called Grandview his home since 1998.  He is a welder/fitter and enjoys playing hockey, baseball and fishing in Muskoka.  Kevin is a young man with a strong desire to see men grow in their faith and actions, individually, and in their families.  He believes that the men's ministry should be fun and exciting, but also creative, challenging, and forever evolving to reflect the vision of Grandview.   Kevin is married to Diane and has two young daughters.
