Leading a small group

This involves facilitating a group during weekly gatherings. Groups are encouraged to meet 3 times per month.

Coaching small group leaders

A coach is a leader of leaders. This role provides intentional relational leadership to a network of 3 to 5 small group leaders and includes the following:

1. Prayer support
2. Information transfer
3. Encouragement, validation, affirmation and accountability
